SCARPA® is a company specialized in the design and production of outdoor footwear for mountaineering, climbing, approach, trail running, trekking, hiking, urban outdoor, alpine touring and telemark. Founded in 1938 in Asolo, in the Treviso area, as a Footwear Company “Società Calzaturieri Asolani Riuniti Pedemontana Anonima” (hence the acronym S.C.A.R.P.A.). Today SCARPA is based in the heart of the Veneto footwear district with offices in Germany, the USA and China, and factories in Romania, Serbia and China.
